Julia is Global Psychological Safety Lead for Equal Experts. She’s been working in software development since 2000 and has done every role going from writing complex data migration scripts to coordinating large scale public product launches. She considers herself very lucky to focus on psychological safety at Equal Experts, where thanks to the breadth and depth of our engagements there is scope to learn many lessons at pace.
