Julia is an economist and sociologist with a doctoral degree in organizational economics.
She has been working for AXA in various functions in Cologne and Paris since 2006 - e.g. as Six Sigma Master Blackbelt, Head of IT Process & Quality Management and Scrum Master. In 2014, she embarked on her agile journey and has supoorted the transition towards an agile organization and the implementation of several tribes in AXA Germany. She is a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM) and ChangeWise-Authorized Leadership Agility Coach (also as a freelancer)

Julia Deike studierte Volkswirtschaft und Soziologie in Augsburg und Bonn und promovierte an der Otto Beisheim School of Management (WHU) über Wissensweitergabe und Personalentscheidungen.
Seit 2006 ist sie in verschiedenen Funktionen für die AXA Konzern AG in Köln und die AXA Gruppe in Paris tätig, u.a. als Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Abteilungsleiterin und Scrum Master. Seit 2014 beschäftigt sie sich mit Agilität und hat mehrere Tribes im AXA Konzerns in der Aufbauphase als Tribe Agile Master begleitet. Sie ist Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM) und ChangeWise-Authorized Leadership Agility Coach (auch freiberuflich).
