Julia Kurkowski is founder and CEO of aimea, the real-time voice AI for structured first interviews in hiring, high-risk under the EU AI Act. Trained as an organizational psychologist, she builds aimea with orchestrated coding agents: 60 skills, 40 hook scripts and a plan chat that judges every package before a human merges. aimea holds 5 signed pilot agreements with German companies. Julia is overall winner of the Harbour Founder Summit Hamburg 2025, chosen from hundreds of applicants and sixteen startups that pitched across four categories, which took aimea to the Startup World Cup Grand Finale in San Francisco on 6 November 2026. She holds an EXIST Women grant.
