I am a second-year PhD student at UC Davis, where I work with Prof. Mohammad Sadoghi.
I am interested in the theory and practice of parallel and distributed systems, including reliable storage, transactional memory, byzantine agreement, and blockchains.

Before becoming a PhD student, I worked at WeChat, Tencent from 2011 to 2017, as an engineer in building the backend message systems. I was one of the main developers of group chat systems and Album. I also worked at Google from 2019 to 2022, responsible for improving the performance of Google Assistance.
