Justin Beal is a flight nurse, paramedic, and EMS educator with more than 25 years of experience in emergency services. He currently serves as an Education Coordinator and Flight Nurse with STAT MedEvac, where he focuses on clinical education, provider development, and quality improvement. In addition to flight medicine, Justin remains active in rural EMS in Greene County, Pennsylvania, through his volunteer fire company. He is also involved in EMS education and leadership at both the state and national levels and is dedicated to helping clinicians build confidence, strengthen critical thinking, and succeed in the profession.
