Justin holds an Executive Master’s in Technology Management from the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School. He has launched new products and coached leaders at all levels across Fortune 500 banks and high-growth startups.

A highly engaging workshop facilitator, Justin brings a human-centered design mindset to his work. For more than five years, he designed and led Capital One’s “Creating Effective Presentations” workshop, helping thousands communicate with greater clarity and influence.
