Actions
Data acquisition engineer and instrument control programmer for hardware and biotech companies; former lead engineer at a highly successful b2b software company. Vast and eclectic experience in computer graphics, electrical engineering, digital signal processing, high-level software design, team management, and more.
I am going on 16 years of career experience in .NET and adjacent technologies, currently working for Inia.AI to bring AI to high-capital banking sector. In my free-time I raise my beautiful daughter, continue development on a cross-platform UI comnponent for high-throughput electrical signal display, and spend my remaining time at the gym or hiking.
Area of Expertise
Workflow Automation with Semantic Kernel Agentic AI
Use natural language to automate your workflow, powered by Semantic Kernel's AI Agents feature. Witness a real-world demonstration of how to supercharge your electrical engineering process using Microsoft's Semantic Kernel.
During this session I will demonstrate how a technician might use natural language to procure and process data from digital oscilloscope hardware, facilitated by Semantic Kernel AI Agents.
During this presentation I will be playing as the role of a "technician" who uses a .NET-based, AI-enhanced application. This application will interact with Semantic Kernel AI agents and will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Start/Stop data acquisition from a hardware connected device (USB digital oscilliscope)
- Show real-time streaming data within a cross-platform .NET application
- Zoom-in to points-of-interest in the data (as a technician might often do)
All of the above will be accomplished via simple natural-language commands. All code used will code that I have explicitly written: everything from the Semantic Kernel AI Agent setup to the live data stream render. You can see proof of bits and pieces of this project at djrecipe.github.io
I'm really looking forward to participating in this event! I am open to both the "SESSION", "DEVSESSION", and "NIGHTSESSION" formats.
