Justine is a senior data scientist and Delivery Lead of the Data Science & AI department at element61, Belgium's most senior analytics consultancy. She combines deep analytical expertise with solid project management experience, with a strong focus on driving tangible business value through data.

She holds a degree in Business Engineering with a major in Data Analytics from Ghent University and broadened her international perspective through a semester abroad at Zhejiang University in China.

In her current role as Delivery Lead, Justine oversees end-to-end project delivery across the Data Science & AI department, ensuring both technical quality and business impact. Over her tenure at element61, she has worked with more than 25 clients across a wide range of industries, helping organizations translate complex data challenges into actionable, value-driven solutions. Her work spans advanced analytics, business intelligence, and stakeholder alignment.

Justine has extensive expertise in the Microsoft data ecosystem, particularly Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, and holds certifications in Power BI, Fabric, Azure and Databricks. She is known for her ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business strategy.
Beyond client work, Justine is a core organizer of the Fabric Belgium Community and an active voice in the broader analytics space. She has spoken at major events such as FabCon Europe 2024 and Dataminds 2025, and played a key role in organizing Fabric Winterfest.

With her blend of technical leadership, business mindset, and community engagement, Justine continues to shape the data and analytics landscape — both within element61 and across the industry.
