Kameron Schram is the Founder and President of Cleo Builders, a multimillion-dollar construction company serving the Greater Austin area and Texas Hill Country. At just 26, she took a leap of faith and launched her company in one of the most male-dominated industries, generating over $1 million in revenue in her first year.

Recognized as the Austin Business Journal's 2026 Women in Business Rising Star, Kameron's journey to entrepreneurship was anything but traditional. From overcoming addiction and personal adversity to becoming an award-winning business owner before 30, her story is one of resilience, reinvention, and betting on yourself.

Today, Kameron is passionate about empowering women to challenge expectations, recognize their potential, and create opportunities rather than wait for them. Through her Be Unhireable platform, she encourages women to take calculated risks, pursue financial independence, and build lives on their own terms.
