Karen Worstell is well-known as a serial CISO for iconic companies across industry sectors and as a Silicon Valley technology leader. She provides executive and team coaching, in multiple formats for busy cyber professionals and occasionally advises organizations on cyber strategy. Worstell is the host of the podcast MOJO Maker for Womxn in Tech, co-host of All Steamed Up with Mocha and Foam, and has spoken internationally on the future of cybersecurity and the criticality of an inclusive and diverse leadership team to the innovation capacity of technical organizations. She also served the VA as a Palliative Care Fellow.



Karen’s educational and training background includes BS degrees in Chemistry and Biology, MS in Computer Science, and an MA in Theology. She is a certified master coach and holds a chaplaincy endorsement. She lives in Lone Tree Colorado with her husband Craig
