Kate Baldwin is a Director of Strategy and Planning, leading the Program office for the Customer Experience Centers organization and responsibility for strategic programs that impact the organization's 15,000+ employees and their customers. Prior to this role, she was Director for the Americas Collaboration support teams. In her 12+ years at Cisco she has held a diverse set of roles across operations, employee learning, IT, customer experience, and HR, supporting both Cisco employees and external customers.

An outspoken advocate for women in technology, Kate is a leader within Cisco's Women in Science & Engineering (WISE) employee group in addition to her contributions to industry organization, Triangle Women in STEM. One of her lifetime highlights was being selected as an Olympic Torch Bearer at the 2016 Rio Olympics, in recognition of her contributions to growing girls interest in tech careers.

A Maine native who now calls Raleigh, North Carolina home, Kate holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Xavier University and an MBA from Duke's Fuqua School of Business. Outside of work, you’ll catch her on the golf course or on a plane – she loves to travel with her husband, and has been to 21 different countries and 5 continents.
