A strong advocate for early childhood development, I lead through my passion. I have worked in early care and education for 35 years. I have held many positions in early childhood throughout my career. I am a content creator for Experience Early Learning as well an adjunct professor at the University of Arizona Global Campus, and Blue Ridge Community College in Weyers Cave Virginia. I also contract as an Early Intervention Developmental Specialist for the Virginia Department of Health. Working on my dissertation with the goal of becoming Dr. Kathy Banks by 2023, I am moving through the rest of my career, with the hope to inspire others to advocate for children.
