Kay is a founding member of Agilehood KC, a non-profit group that supports, fosters and educates others in Agile/Lean in the Kansas City area. She organizes Agile events, hosts a monthly coaching meetup and speaks frequently at meetups, events and conferences. Kay is a professional coach certified in Organization Relationship and Systems Coaching. She is certified through ICAgile as an Agile Team Facilitator, Agile Team Coach, Agile Project Manager, Agile Professional. She is in the process of acheiving the Expert Team Coach certification. Kay is also an Innovation Games certified facilitator, CSM, CSPO and PMI-ACP certified.
