Kay Pang is a Tech & AI lawyer and senior board director with close to 30 years of experience across technology law, corporate governance and AI risk. Dual-qualified in England & Wales and Singapore, she advises organisations on technology, AI and governance matters, and has held global legal leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard, Schneider Electric, VMware/Broadcom and Cloudera.

As an independent director on SGX-listed companies and a Governing Council member of the Singapore Institute of Directors, she brings board-level perspective to the governance challenges that AI adoption presents across sectors.

She writes and speaks regularly on AI leadership and governance, including contributing to World Economic Forum white papers on the Responsible Use of Technology. She holds executive education credentials from Stanford, MIT, INSEAD, Cambridge and IMD.
