Keeshar Nondo is a 4th-year law student and the founder of Code and Justice, a personal brand dedicated to bridging technology and law. In addition to leading Code and Justice, she serves as Partnership Coordinator at SheCanCode BW, Managing Editor at The Legal Editorial, and was selected as a participant in the Young Minds Africa Public Policy Lab. She began coding during IGCSE Computer Science and is currently expanding her skills through She Codes via the DELAC Foundation, alongside completing the Oxford/UNESCO programme on AI, Justice, and the Rule of Law, and the Council of Europe's programme on Key Human Rights Principles in Biomedicine.
Having previously spoken at DevFest Gaborone on building safe and legally compliant tech, Keeshar focuses on empowering developers and founders to innovate confidently while embedding fairness, accountability, and legal compliance into autonomous AI systems.
