Keil Wilson is the Software Operations Manager for the City of Lincoln and has spent more than 20 years in information technology helping organizations build better software, better teams, and better leaders. His experience spans software development, infrastructure, operations, leadership, and just enough “other duties as assigned” to make him dangerous in almost any IT conversation.
A longtime Agile practitioner and coach, Keil has led Agile transformations not only in software development, but throughout IT and across business operations, where teams discovered that sticky notes and continuous improvement aren’t just for developers.
Keil enjoys working with customers, partners, and teams to find innovative technology solutions that help organizations tackle their most daunting challenges. Whether coaching teams, mentoring leaders, or speaking on topics ranging from Agile leadership and organizational change to career development and youth sports coaching, his goal is always the same: helping people grow by sharing practical ideas and hands-on lessons they can put to work right away.
