, I'm Keira Smith, a depressed fitness instructor turned positive behavioural change hypnotherapist.
Before I did this job, I never knew there was a way to clear trauma and move past emotional blocks without talking about the past, like in traditional talk therapy.
Having lived through an abusive childhood, brain surgery that left me visually impaired, death of family members, and fertility issues, I was in an extremely dark place that I felt there was no escape. I used to dread each day, and struggled to cope with my job.
After desperately trying various methods to fix my problems, I discovered Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. It was the only thing that truly helped me make lasting changes.
Since then, I've used my new understanding of the science of behavioural change to help others move past stress, anxiety, and negative habits, and achieve goals they were almost ready to give up on.
I'm passionate about showing people how they can transform their lives without constantly reliving past traumas or feeling overwhelmed and stuck.
