Keith Bottner is a technology executive and software architect with more than three decades of experience building large-scale software systems across cloud infrastructure, mobile, web, desktop, IoT, security, and AI.

He spent 14 years at Google, where his engineering and technology leadership included Google Drive infrastructure supporting 1.5 billion users and more than 250 million daily active users.

Keith is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Axemere, where he focuses on the infrastructure and operational challenges created by production AI, including multi-model and multi-provider architectures, inference cost attribution, observability, governance, and cost optimization.

His current work explores what happens as organizations move beyond AI experimentation and begin operating AI as production infrastructure.
