I am an expert in data analytics, data ethics and evidence based decision making.
I help organizations to turn raw data into relevant and meaningful insights inorder to make data driven business decisions and accurate predictions. In my part-time, i also work as a data analytics trainer and lecturer.
My current research interest is on data ethics, data driven decision making and the different ethical perspectives data consumers have on use of data in predictive analytics.
My aim is to help organisations develop external and internal ethics protocols on the use data, designing ethics governance and oversight frameworks. It's all about being thoughtful in embedding ethical values to mitigate unintended consequences that arise from unethical data practices within an organisation.

However, how many tech institutions incalculate ethics in their cource curriculums? How ethical are the new data science and engineering newbies?
Ethical and Moral Responsibility of ML and AI. Who is Morally Responsible?
Data Engineers and Data Scientists with knowledge on A.I. and ML are no longer worried about the kind of scenarios where machines take over the world in doomsday fashion.
Instead, they are shifting focus to the moral aspect of letting computers make certain decisions and the kind of machine — or human — accountability that follows.
Yet, with increasing reliance upon artificially intelligent systems, we may be facing a widening responsibility gap, which, some argue, cannot be bridged by traditional concepts of responsibility.
This talk is about ethical and responsible usage of AI and ML technology
