Kendra Flowers, RDH, MSDH, CDIPC, is a dental hygienist turned strategist and co-founder of Merkaba Strategy & Health Advisors, a consultancy specializing in dental tech and product commercialization, clinical implementation, and go-to-market strategy. Her career spans clinical practice, dental hygiene education, and clinical and compliance leadership roles at Elite Dental Partners, Walmart Health, and Smile America Partners, giving her a working view of how clinical evidence becomes everyday workflow. A 2026 ADHA Standout Seven Award winner in the Administrator category and Women in DSO Clinical Leadership Award finalist, Kendra speaks on clinical implementation, strengths-based leadership, and bringing dental innovation to market.
