I am an Enterprise Transformation Leader, Agile practitioner, and business advisor with experience driving technology, operational, and organizational transformation across logistics, healthcare, and professional services.

I have led in my corporate career Agile transformation initiatives, as an ART Engineer (RTE) and Transformation Coach, and helped organizations move from strategy to execution by improving how teams plan, prioritize, deliver, measure, and continuously improve. My experience in logistics has given him a strong understanding of complex, enterprise-scale operations, while my healthcare background has strengthened my ability to work in environments where technology, people, process, and business outcomes must come together.

I am also a Cofounder of Enterprise Transformation Advisors (ETA), where I bring my cross-industry experience to help organizations solve complex business and technology challenges.
