Kevin has a diverse background in the Microsoft Business Applications space, with nearly 20 years of Dynamics CE/CRM solutions experience in large-scale enterprise implementations. His CRM career began with Microsoft CRM 3.0 deployments and transitioned over time to multi-million-dollar enterprise programs in the Dynamics world, for large Fortune 500 accounts in Financial Services, Healthcare and Manufacturing.
Kevin is a technologist at heart, with a passion for molding technology to solve interesting and complex business problems. With heavy experience in Solution Architecture and technical execution, Kevin has kept his finger on the pulse of the ecosystem, while managing a portfolio of Power Platform, Sales, Marketing, Service and CI / Data implementations in major FSI, Healthcare and Biotech Manufacturing clients.
Most recently, Kevin has led a team to implement a Digital Contact Center transformation for a Fortune 500 Financial Services organization, complete with IVR, Voice, Integrations and Nuance for Biometrics. This transformation affected 1,200 users and 10,000+ phone calls per day.
