Kezia Irene is a lead bioinformatician with over five years of experience at the intersection of genomics, data science, and artificial intelligence. She holds a Master’s in Biomedical Informatics from Harvard Medical School, where she trained with global leaders in precision medicine.

Her career spans both industry and academia, having contributed to projects at Kalbe Farma, Nalagenetics, Stripe, IBM, Shopee, Fazz Financial, and Quantum Tera Network, as well as at MIT, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Harvard Medical School, Rumah Sakit Cipto Mangunkusumo, and Universitas Indonesia.

In her current role, Kezia leads a team of bioinformaticians in advancing polygenic risk scores, NGS assay development, stem cell research, and clinical trials. Beyond technical expertise, she is passionate about mentoring young scientists and driving innovation in low- and middle-income country (LMIC) settings.

Her vision is to make personalized medicine accessible and equitable, developing non-invasive clinical tools that can predict disease risk, guide treatment decisions, and ultimately reduce health disparities in LMICs. She is committed to bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and real-world impact, ensuring that scientific advances translate into tangible benefits for patients everywhere.
