Khaja Mohiddin Mohammed is a consultant at CGI Technologies and Solutions Inc. and an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional. He has over 12 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise applications using Java and J2EE technologies, with a focus on architecture, modernization, scalability, performance, and maintainability. His work spans financial services, banking, healthcare, and insurance. Through CGI, on the Annuity Net account-opening platform for client Fidelity Investments, he owns the backend microservices architecture and cloud infrastructure decisions. At Wells Fargo, he designed the batch processing and microservices architecture for a credit services system that processes approximately 300,000–500,000 Experian credit alerts daily. At Optum, he modernized legacy components of the RxClaim pharmacy benefit management platform with Java and Spring Boot microservices and integrated them with IBM i (AS/400) backend systems. His expertise includes the Spring ecosystem, AWS, event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, Amazon SNS, and SQS, API security with Spring Security, OAuth2, and JWT, and monitoring with Splunk and Dynatrace.
