Ki Siadatan is the CEO of Kairahn, an advisory firm working on the future of aging. He advises senior living operators, health systems, AgeTech companies and investors on where brain health, healthspan and emerging technology are genuinely reshaping care — and on the adoption and reimbursement realities that decide whether any of it reaches an older adult.

He spent roughly fifteen years in senior housing after an earlier career in technology, which shapes how he talks about this work: less about what is coming, more about what actually gets deployed.
