I am an Associate Professional Counselor. I believe everyone is different and has a different “normal”. Finding your “normal” and learning to accept it can be a rewarding experience. This experience starts with learning to love yourself and accepting who you are. Using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, I provide my clients with tools to change their thinking and behaviors and navigate their individual stories.

I work with clients who experience domestic violence, relationship issues, anger, low self-esteem, depression, and anxiety. My goal is to help my clients lead productive lives and achieve self-love. Seeing my clients thrive and making positive changes in their lives is the reason I chose Counseling as a profession! Encouraging people to live their best lives is what brings me joy.
