Mindfulness Educator, Education Consultant, Professor and Early Childhood Expert

Dr. Kim Vigil, owner of Raye Educational Services, LLC, is an education consultant, mindfulness educator, professor and early childhood expert. She has over 15 years of experience in education, working with all age groups, from preschool-aged children to adult learners. Dr. Vigil is an adjunct professor at Grand Canyon University and she provides mindfulness and/or professional development training for businesses, individual schools and school districts. Additionally, she provides grant and technical writing services and teaches private mindfulness classes. She is both an Arizona certified teacher and a mindfulness trained educator. Her doctoral research investigated screen time and attention in children, and her manuscript is in the process of being published. Some of Dr. Vigil's recent work included mindfulness training for both students and teachers and staff at Sonoran Trails Middle School, and two series of federal grant writing services for Immanuel Care for Children. Dr. Vigil was also recently asked to write an introduction to mindfulness for STEM Sports' curricula to be printed in their nationwide curricula guides, and she was recruited to speak and present at American Leadership Academy's 2018 Summer Conference. Dr. Vigil is a military wife with five children of her own, and she is very invested in empowering children and adults through supportive education while creating a more mindful community!
