Decipher the Human: A more Inclusive (Hello) World

Everyone you meet will be different. When you meet them you will use your arsenal of ciphers through questions and other tricks to try to figure them out.

How can we make deciphering easier for all parties?

As an Autistic (this is how I identify, individuals may use other terms) woman who is extremely passionate about inclusivity and belonging, but has met with many blockers along the way, I'd like to share my story as to how we can better understand others and help others understand us. This will help to remove the blockers limiting their productivity and straining their wellbeing.

This talk will mainly focus on the individuals already in our circle. Sometimes we need to slow down to speed up. It's about starting the conversation (and sometimes those will be hard!) so that we can build better deciphering skills, and thereby accommodate for and empower those around us to be their full authentic, wonderful self - without judgement, but with understanding.
