Kristen has a strong track record of delivering in times of transformation, change, and uncertainty, leveraging her skills in media and public relations, digital marketing and social media, brand stewardship, change management, crisis management, and martech optimization. Additionally, she is a certified integrative nutrition health coach and a mindfulness-based stress reduction and workplace mindfulness facilitator, who brings a holistic and wellness-oriented approach to her work and life.
