Kristen Leach is Manager of EV Charging Solutions at Mercedes-Benz USA, responsible for the strategy and development of public & home charging experiences for Mercedes-Benz customers. Overseeing the product management of charging tools, NACS integration topics, cultivating charging networks alliances, dealership and customer education, her team handles every physical and digital touchpoint in the charging journey. Before joining the Charging Team, she implemented the Low Carbon Fuel Standard data program. She joined MBUSA in 2016 to help coordinate the relocation, design and development of MBUSA’s headquarters building in Atlanta. Previously, she worked in nuclear development at Plant Vogtle during the construction phase.

Kristen obtained her undergraduate and MBA degrees from Georgia Tech and is a proud mom of three young children.
