Kristina’s legal practice is focused on handling employment and business matters for companies and organizations. She regularly assists clients with issues relating to workplace policies and procedures, providing expert guidance on disability accommodations, leave and pay practices, employee training, disciplinary procedures, and equal employment opportunity. Kristina also advises clients on contract matters such as severance agreements, non-compete agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
