Kristy serves as a national Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) expert for the Business Advisory practice at Arcadis. She has 20 years of AMI experience and her career comprises a series of roles including executive leadership with a leading AMI vendor, as well as supporting over hundreds of water utilities in various stages of their projects. She has a proven record of navigating through or around obstacles to achieve project success. Highlights of Kristy's experience include, AMI, Business and Strategic Planning, Customer Experience, Technology Implementation, Meter Installation Services, Influential Leadership, Contract Negotiation, Project and Program Management, Business Process Improvement, Field Investigation, Warranty Management, Problem Resolution, and Technical Support.
Kristy holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from SIUE.
