Krunoslav Koprivnjak co-founded Onsite Hub after spending years inside enterprise sales and realizing that the most important thing distributed teams were missing wasn't software or process — it was each other. Onsite Hub designs corporate retreats for remote-first companies across Europe, combining local expertise, handpicked venues, and a deep belief that intentional in-person time makes remote work sustainable. Before Onsite Hub, Kruno spent four years at Oracle and four at Airbnb, earned an MBA, and accumulated enough experience in distributed teams to know that the office was never really about the work. He lives and works remotely in Central Europe, raising his kids nearby and arguing — loudly, and with data — that remote work is one of the most important social shifts of our time.
