Laura Bacher turns AI curiosity into AI capability. As Managing Director at Global Prairie, one of the world's top-ranked Certified B Corporations and a 100% employee-owned, women-owned marketing firm, she brings more than a decade of experience in operations strategy, project management, cybersecurity and technology adoption to one question: how do you get people to actually use the tools?

Laura led Global Prairie's company-wide rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams Premium. She designed and presented a multi-part AI training series, built a cross-functional network of Copilot Super Users, and led the development of the responsible AI policies and agent governance that helped employees go from using AI to building with it.

When she's not transforming how teams work, Laura can be found in Columbus, Ohio, with her husband, daughter, and two dogs, firmly convinced that one dog is never enough.
