Prior to joining S&P Global as Director of Information Governance, Lauren has served as Vice President for Records & Information Management at Credit Suisse and previous to that, held similar roles at Lehman Brothers and American Express. Lauren has also consulted for a broad-range of companies such a manufacturing companies, government agencies and law firms providing program gap analysis, strategy roadmaps, policy development and process improvement. From 2008 to 2020, Lauren taught at Queens College (CUNY) for the Graduate School Library and Information Studies as an Adjunct Professor. Active in the organization for information governance professionals, ARMA International and the Metro New York City Chapter, Lauren is a frequent speaker at conferences throughout the US.
Lauren holds a BFA in theatrical design from New York University and an MLIS from Long Island University, with Certificate in (Historical) Archival Management. She is a lifetime member of Beta Phi Mu, the International Library and Information Studies Honor Society, and became a Certified Records Manager.
