Lea Apitz is a freelance B. Sc. midwife and is studying for a Master's degree in Applied Health Sciences at the Bochum University of Applied Sciences with a scholarship from the Hans Böckler Foundation. Her scientific interest lies particularly in sustainable knowledge management in midwifery. She is the founder of the new midwifery wiki in germany (hebammenwiki) and is committed to evidence-based and diversity-sensitive midwifery work.
