Leo was a corporate software engineer for a decade before realizing he wasn't thriving in that environment. He quit in order to launch his first startup and quickly realized how little he knew about starting or running a business. His first startup lasted a little over 6 months before he shuttered it and started thinking about what came next.

At that point, he got hired as engineer #4 at Copy.ai and has been with them for over two years. In his spare time, he's working on a Quantum Economic model that shows us where future trends are headed and how we should think about money in a creator-centric economy. He loves living in the future and making sure it's a great place for his kids to grow up in.
