Leslie is a dedicated and experienced educational professional with a passion for supporting students, staff, and promoting systemic positive change. Leslie began her career as a school psychologist supporting districts in the surrounding Tampa Bay, Florida region. During this time, she gained invaluable knowledge and led efforts to support schools with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), early intervention and trauma-informed care. When the pandemic allowed time for personal reflection, Leslie decided to return to New York, where she became MTSS Coordinator and later became a district administrator. Her collaborative work led to the establishment of a district wide system of support improving holistic student outcomes. Leslie now works for eLuma as their K-12 Educational Consultant as a partner with schools and her colleagues to promote student well-being nationwide.
