With over 20 years of experience in leadership development, customer service training, and business analysis, Lexie Kjos is dedicated to fostering growth, collaboration, and empowerment within organizations. As a passionate advocate for servant leadership, she has spent much of her career honing the art of empowering individuals to lead with empathy, integrity, and vision.
For 15 years, Lexie has served the State of Minnesota, gaining invaluable insights into organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and team development. Alongside a strong background in corporate training, she has worked in various sectors, including restaurant management, software training, and event planning.
Lexie is also currently a board member for the Minnesota CHILL Foundation, where she contributes to initiatives that promote community engagement, youth development, and leadership opportunities. This experience reflects her deep commitment to making a positive, lasting impact both within and outside the workplace.
In addition to her corporate and public service work, Lexie has a creative side as a florist and event planner as co-owner of "Make Someone Smile Events".
