Dr. Libby Christensen is the Statewide Food and Ag Specialist with Colorado State University Extension, in addition to this role she is also the state co-lead for the Northwest and Rocky Mountain Regional Food Business Center. She with nearly 20 years of experience working in food systems, Dr. Christensen has worked with non-profits and economic development groups across the state of Colorado to drive community and economic development through food and agriculture. Dr. Christensen received her Master's in Community Development and Doctorate in Geography both from University of California - Davis. She and her husband own and operate Routt Distillery in Steamboat Springs.
