Sustainability has been a central theme throughout my academic and professional journey. As an organizational developer, I focus on fostering sustainable and meaningful relationships in the workplace because I believe sustainability is deeply rooted in how we interact with one another. I coach teams to navigate the complexities of teamwork and also offer training and workshops on leadership, reflective conversations (Clean Language), and Flow Management (Kanban System Design).
