Linda van Loon is a fermentation specialist at a Norwegian brewery called: Eik&Tid in Oslo Norway. Probably the only
Dutch woman who moved to Norway to specialize herself in kveik and traditional Norwegian brewing. Has a passion
for the fermentation side of things and for making the world a more inclusive place for neurodivergent people, such as
herself. And is the chapter leader and co-founder of the Pink Boots Society's chapter in the Benelux.
