LMG has been in the Learning & Development space for over 10 years, certified in a variety of facilitative practices including virtual spaces, FranklinCovey courses, Culture assessing, and Diversity-to-Belonging. LMG is most known for developing purposeful and meaningful connections with others through empathy; meeting folks where they are on their journey and helping them uncover the inclusive behaviors that we humans have innately. LMG currently serves as Director of Learning & Development at Stoneridge Software and volunteers for the nonprofit TechFluent's leadership team.
