Lindsey has spent more than a decade helping organizations thrive at the intersection of organizational design, change management, and organizational development. She believes people are the most valuable asset of any organization and that organizations can transform from good to great by placing people at the center of their strategy.
At Georgia Tech, Lindsey leads the Organizational Design & Effectiveness practice, partnering with leaders to design structures and systems that unlock talent and advance the Institute’s mission. Before joining Georgia Tech, she served as a Change & Organizational Effectiveness leader at WarnerMedia, guiding complex transformations across global teams.
Her work has taken her around the world—from Argentina and Ethiopia to India, Hong Kong, Hungary, Singapore, the UK, and the US—helping organizations navigate change and build resilience. Lindsey holds an MBA from Georgia Tech and a B.S. in Retail Merchandising and Marketing from Missouri State University, along with certifications in Organizational Design, Change Management, and Coaching.
