Lisa Silipigno is an engineer, executive coach, and leadership practitioner with decades of global experience in the energy industry. She has held diverse roles at SLB (formerly Schlumberger), including field engineering, line management, sales, business development, product development, training, and human resources, with assignments in the United States, France, India, China, and most recently as HR Manager in Saudi Arabia. Lisa holds a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in petroleum engineering, is an ICF-accredited coach, and is certified by SIY Global in mindfulness-based emotional intelligence leadership.
