Lisa Turnbull is a lifelong learner. Her tenure at Centene has kept her there for almost 17 years. That is crazy in this day and age but when asked why she stays her answer is always the same. “I have been given the opportunities to continue my growth and learning every day in this environment. I have been able to constantly change and relearn with each day being different from the day before.” Lisa’s background has been in IT for over 15 years after starting in HR and then moving to IT. Her areas of focus in the past have been around being the change management process owner and a lead process analyst helping to define and integrate ITIL processes for Centene. All of this led her to Agile and Centene’s transformation. Lisa is currently a people leader in the Agile Center for Excellence at Centene leading the effort to help Centene forward in their journey.
