Andrew Liu is a senior software engineer at Google, where he works on the Privacy Sandbox and Chrome Counter-Abuse.

He has had a diverse career in both big tech and startups, focusing on the intersection of security and infrastructure. He previously worked on Google's Cloud Security and Authentication teams, was at Dropbox before its IPO, and served as an early employee of Scale AI, where he founded the company's ML infrastructure team.

Throughout his career, Andrew has been a frequent contributor to major open source projects including Chromium and Breakpad. He was also the former maintainer of Google Authenticator for Android and facilitated the open source release of the project in 2019.
