I’ve been working with SharePoint for almost 20 years, back when it was… let’s say less glamorous — and I’ve been helping organisations untangle it ever since.

I run the Simply SharePoint blog and podcast, where I break down modern work, information architecture, and Microsoft 365 in a way that actually makes sense to humans (not just architects and admins). I’m best known for helping organisations “fix the mess” — turning chaotic sites, bloated Teams, and mystery permissions into calm, usable, and Copilot-ready environments.

My favourite topics sit right at the intersection of modern work, governance that doesn’t suck, and AI readiness. I’m particularly passionate about helping organisations understand that Copilot isn’t magic — it reflects the structure, ownership, and content decisions you’ve already made (for better or worse).

I don’t teach feature lists or perfect-world demos. I talk about what really happens in organisations — and how to design SharePoint and modern work environments that survive real behaviour, scale safely, and don’t fall apart the moment Copilot is switched on.
