After 10+ years of stints across different design agencies (Nurun, Digitas, Publicis Sapient) helping large corporations roll out their digital transformation strategies, Lorenzo Palacios Venin is now leading the Product Design team at Bonjour RATP - the official mobile app of Paris’ main public transports operator.

Lorenzo is passionate about imagining and implementing new DesignOps methodologies that streamline the daily workload of designers and help them find more time to focus on the essential: bringing better experiences to all users.
