Lorrayne Ribeiro, also known as Lorrayne Peri, is a Brazilian engineer and the founder of Female Reserve. The company tracks how women's physical function changes through midlife, starting with muscle, because women don't age in departments. She trained in Production Engineering at Universidade Federal Fluminense and studied entrepreneurship in emerging economies through HarvardX. She has built companies in construction, real estate, consumer goods and AI, and was co-founder and CEO of Gemino. She was diagnosed with breast cancer in her twenties, an experience that shapes her work. Under the name Lorrayne Peri, she wrote PULSE, a romantic suspense novel set in tech. She works internationally and speaks in person or remotely.
